He had even taken it for a test drive himself earlier that day and was upfront about a brake issue they had identified. He let us know right away that the brakes would be replaced as part of the purchase, which showed a level of honesty and transparency that we really appreciated. We also requested a few additional items to be addressed before taking delivery, and since we needed the vehicle relatively quickly, the team worked hard to get everything completed in a short timeframe. What stood out most was the no-pressure sales approach. There was no attempt to downplay or deny any issues with the vehicle. Instead, the staff were straightforward, responsive, and focused on making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Overall, it was a great vehicle-buying experience from start to finish.
